1. General Exchange Terms

All sales made through our website are subject to this Exchange Policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.

2. Eligibility for Exchange
Exchange may only be issued in the following cases:

• If a book, magazine or product is received in a damaged or incomplete condition or any printing, binding issue, the customer must inform the customer service at maktabatulmadina. Make a video of the product as far as possible  and send it. After reviewing the case, the team will decide According to the guidance received from Darul Ifta Ahle – Sunnat whether a replacement will be issued.

• You received an incorrect item.

If your order is cancelled by us before completion due to stock unavailability or payment issues. Return will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• No returns will be accepted for non-defective items unless prior notification has been provided.

3. Return and Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, and in its original Condition.

• A request for return must be submitted as far as within 7 days of delivery.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

We may refuse an Exchange and return if the item does not meet the above conditions.

4. Exchange and Return Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your Return.

If approved:

• Return will be processed within 7–14 business days.

• First you have to Make a video of a product while opening the packaging  and send it to our customer support the team will inspect the case and then we will update you on your given contact numbers.

• If he fault is found to be on Maktabatul Madinah's part (for example, a defective product or a wrong product being delivered), Maktabatul Madinah reserves the right to accept the claim made by the customer. However, if the fault in the product return is on the customer's part, Maktabatul Madinah will not be held responsible and will not accept any claim whatsoever.

5. Exchanges

If a defect is found in the product that is genuinely attributable to the Maktaba (such as binding defects or printing errors), the customer may return it. In such cases, the following options are available:

1. Full Refund: The customer can claim a full refund of the product price along with delivery charges.

2. Product Replacement: The customer can choose to have the defective product replaced with a correct one.

3. Wait Period: If the item is out of stock, the customer will be requested to wait for a few days until it becomes available.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped. After this period, cancellations will not be entertained.
